Description
High-performance, heavy-duty replacement rubber track engineered specifically for the Bobcat T650 compact track loader (CTL). Forged with continuous internal steel cables and hardened iron links encased in a cut-resistant natural rubber compound, this track is built to shoulder the daily production demands of medium commercial excavation, hardscaping, and framing jobsites. With an operating weight of 9,113 lbs. and a 74 HP engine, your machine needs a durable track that eliminates carcass stretching and lug-tear under heavy load. Our design ensures a seamless OEM fit, protecting your rollers and idlers while delivering maximum pushing power and a smooth ride for the operator inside the cab.

Bobcat T650 Track Specifications
The dimensions below reflect the factory-standard track sizing required to maintain the original lift capacity, clearance, and ground stability of your loader. Because the T650 framework accommodates multiple footprints, you can easily swap between narrow (320mm), standard (400mm), or wide (450mm) configurations depending on whether you need tight trailer clearance or maximum soft-ground flotation.

Undercarriage Inspection & Parts
The high pushing capacity of the Bobcat T650 puts constant pressure right on the track rails. Running brand-new rubber tracks on a worn-out undercarriage is the leading cause of premature track failure and ruined links. Before tossing a new set of tracks on your machine, take a close look at your wear components to safeguard your investment. Our exact-fit T650 replacement parts include:
- View Exact-Fit Bobcat T650 Drive Sprockets – New sprockets ensure perfect teeth engagement, preventing track slippage and stopping old, sharp teeth from carving up your new rubber drive lugs.
- View Exact-Fit Bobcat T650 Bottom Rollers – Solid rollers evenly distribute the machine’s heavy operating weight (9,113 lbs) across the track frame to prevent binding and uneven wear.
- View Exact-Fit Bobcat T650 Front & Rear Idlers – Engineered to maintain constant, correct track tension and keep your rubber running straight on the guides during tight counter-rotations.

Rubber Track Maintenance
- Maintain Correct Tension: Never “eyeball” your track sag. Over-tightening robs horsepower, strains drive bearings, and can snap internal steel cables. Under-tightening causes detracking, which instantly destroys the track’s internal drive lugs. Check your operator’s manual for exact sag tolerances.
- Daily End-of-Shift Cleanouts: Use a spade or pressure washer to clear mud, clay, and gravel from the undercarriage frames daily. Packed debris hardens overnight, acting like heavy-grit sandpaper that grinds down rubberized surfaces and seizes bottom rollers.
- Inspect Sprockets & Rollers: Never install a brand-new rubber track on a worn-out undercarriage. Sharp or “shark-toothed” sprockets will actively gouge and tear out your new track’s drive lugs. Ensure bottom rollers spin freely and check idlers for rough rims or bad bearings.
- Practice Smart Operating Habits: Avoid high-speed, 90-degree pivot turns on concrete or asphalt to prevent severe tread scalloping (especially if not using a block tread). Always approach curbs straight-on (perpendicularly) and travel straight up or down grades—never sideways—to prevent edge slicing and derailment.
